With the increasingly strict requirements of coating specifications, it is difficult to meet the requirements by light control alone. Crystal oscillator control has become a necessary auxiliary or control method for coating. How to correctly and effectively use crystal oscillator has become the focus of ensuring coating quality. So in order to make the longest life of the crystal oscillator, the following methods and techniques for your reference:
1. Always use the camera to hold the edge of the crystal oscillator, do not touch the center of the crystal oscillator, because the active center of the crystal oscillator vibration, any ash layer, oil will reduce the vibration ability of the crystal oscillator. The new crystal oscillator should be soaked in alcohol (analytically pure) for about 1 minute before use, then gripped with plastic tweezers and wipe the alcohol clean with dust-free paper or clean silk cloth, and wipe the crystal oscillator seat clean with dust-free paper or silk cloth dipped in alcohol, before assembling the crystal oscillator, blow off the dust and paper scraps that may remain on the contact spring of the crystal oscillator, the crystal oscillator seat and the probe with a blowing balloon. After the crystal oscillator is installed, blow the surface of the crystal oscillator again with a blowing balloon to remove the scattered dust. Remember not to use your fingers to directly touch the crystal oscillator to avoid leaving oil stains.
2. Keep the crystal plate clean. Do not let the powder of the coating material touch the front and rear center of the crystal vibration plate. Any particles or ash layer between the crystal and the fixture will affect the electronic contact and will create stress points, thereby changing the mode of vibration of the crystal.
3. A thicker film will be deposited on the surface of the crystal oscillator after multiple coatings. If it is not removed, the reverse sputtering caused by ion bombardment will affect the test accuracy of the crystal oscillator. You can use sandblasting or sandpaper to remove the film layer, then soak in alcohol for about 5 minutes, if you can use ultrasonic oscillation to clean it, the effect will be better, and finally put it in the oven at 110 ℃ for 15 minutes, you can use it.
4. Keep enough cooling water to make the temperature of the crystal head at 20-50 degrees. If the temperature error can be kept within 1-2 degrees, the effect is better.
